What happens if an item is on backorder?


If an item is on backorder, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we know about it. You have the option of cancelling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product. Some manufacturers don't inform us of backorders, so we attempt to stay on top of all the orders as best as we can. However, due to the large volume of orders we've been receiving lately, it is becoming ever increasingly difficult to stay on top of those. We are continuing to develop new technology integrated into our website to help address these problems.
